Our group classes are limited in capacity per class so that you feel apart of a community, but also have ample physical and energetic space just for yourself. Come for your own experience, but leave feeling not so alone in your wellness journey!

Sound Healing
Let yourself be fully immersed in this therapeutic atmosphere known as sound healing. The healing vibrations from various instruments such as crystal bowls, drums, and chimes are meant to wash over your mind and body for a deep reset. Each sound healing experience is designed to promote deep relaxation, balancing and healing of the mind and body, calming of the nervous system, and emotional release. Whether you have tried a sound healing class before or this is your first time, you will leave feeling like you gave yourself a gentle hug and permission slip to just simply be.
